Mission:
• Diagnostic/Automotive Support: Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues using diagnostic tools and software. Analyze problems and provide solutions or escalate as necessary.
• Technical Documentation: Maintain and update technical records and documentation related to vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to understand their issues, explain technical details, and provide updates on repair status.
• Parts and Equipment Management: Manage and order automotive parts and equipment. Ensure that all tools and equipment are in working order.
• Repair Assistance: Support mechanics and technicians in performing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff or new hires as needed.
Qualifications:
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive systems and components. Experience with diagnostic tools and repair procedures.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members. English & French Mandatory .
* Attention to Detail: Precision and thoroughness in diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
